Spirig AG in Weinfelden, Switzerland, required a modern storage hall to support its plant and flower hardware operations. VDF Greenhouses delivered a 2,340 m² Venlo hall with integrated office spaces. The project combines efficient storage design, seamless workflow, and advanced construction technology, creating a facility that optimizes logistics while providing a safe and functional workspace for employees. Every element was tailored to meet the client’s operational requirements and Swiss building standards, ensuring long-term durability, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
The hall spans 2.340 m² with a 12.00 m truss, 4.00 m bay, 4.50 m module, and 8.50 m column height. It is fully equipped with 80mm sandwich panels. The deck uses Easyjoint connections and the S-House system for maximum durability. Two angled, partially internal loading docks facilitate logistics, while the interior provides flexible shelving space for plant and flower hardware. Designed for efficiency and long-term use, this turnkey facility integrates offices seamlessly with storage space for optimal operational flow.
